These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of JazaLoan calculators, tools, and services (“the Platform”). By accessing or using JazaLoan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of JazaLoan

JazaLoan provides free online calculators for loans, PAYE tax, VAT, SACCOs, and business planning. These tools are intended for educational and informational purposes only. JazaLoan does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. For personal guidance, consult a licensed financial advisor or tax consultant.

2. Accuracy of Results

While we strive to ensure accuracy, JazaLoan calculators rely on user input and may use estimates based on public data (e.g., KRA, SACCOs, banks). Results may differ from actual lender, employer, or government figures. JazaLoan is not responsible for discrepancies, errors, or reliance on results generated.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use JazaLoan lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into calculators.
• You must not use JazaLoan for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

JazaLoan, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on calculator results, lost profits, inaccurate data, or system errors. All tools are provided on an “as is” basis.

All content, calculators, designs, and branding on JazaLoan are protected by copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

JazaLoan may include links to third-party websites (e.g., banks, SACCOs, government portals). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or accuracy of third-party websites. Use them at your own risk.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of JazaLoan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019).

8. Service Availability

JazaLoan strives for uninterrupted access but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, or downtime.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of JazaLoan after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
